By using this website or purchasing products or services from Great Lakes Billiards (Aaron Aldridge Enterprises, LLC), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. Because we specialize in quality used pool tables, inventory changes frequently and availability is subject to change without notice.

Product images are intended to represent the item offered but may not always reflect the exact cloth color, accessories, or current condition. Please contact us with any questions before purchasing.

Prices are subject to change without notice. While every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information at any time. 

A deposit may be required to reserve moving, installation, recovering, repair, or instructional appointments. Deposits are applied toward the final invoice unless otherwise noted.

Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery and installation. Additional charges may apply if site conditions differ significantly from those described at the time of scheduling.

We currently ship merchandise throughout the continental United States.

Professional delivery, installation, and precision leveling are included with pool table purchases within Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties. Delivery outside the tri-county area is available for an additional charge.

Every order is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, destination, and carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please retain all original packaging and damaged merchandise until the claim has been resolved, as the shipping carrier may require an inspection.

Once the issue has been reviewed, we'll determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Returned merchandise must be in its original condition unless damaged during shipment.

Custom-cut pool table cloth, special-order items, and installed products are non-returnable.

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please contact us before returning any merchandise so we can assist you with the return process. 

Professional pool table moving, recovering, and precision leveling are backed by a one-year workmanship warranty.

This warranty covers defects in workmanship related to the services provided by Great Lakes Billiards. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, customer modifications, or damage resulting from improper use or environmental conditions.

Because pool tables are constructed from natural wood, minor changes caused by normal temperature and humidity fluctuations are expected and are not considered defects in materials or workmanship.
